Sreejith Pallikkara Chandrasekharan, PhD student supervised by Laurent Pedesseau and Charles Cornet, has been awarded for its contribution : « Predictions of Wulff-Kaischew equilibrium shapes during heteroepitaxial growth of III-V on Si: DFT and in-situ experiments » at the »American Physical Society (APS) Global summit » which took place from March 16 to 21, 2025 at Anaheim (USA). He won the « Ovshinsky Student Travel Awards » which will allow him to reach USA to present his work.
